Casino Bowl 15 MVP Video
Casino Bowl XV featured the National Football Events All Stars versus the Minor League Football News All Stars. The game was played on Saturday, March 27, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The tempo of the game was established by the National Football Events All Stars on their first possession. Deon Morris of the St Louis Bulldogs scored on a 3 yard run to finish a 10 play, 59 yard effort. The NFE team was able to score on the next 3 possessions bringing the half time score to 26 to 0.
The 2nd half started with Rodarious Whittier of the St Louis Bulldogs returning a failed Field Goal attempt for a 109 yard touchdown. However, on their next possession the MLFN team successfully kicked a 46 yard field goal. This was to be their only score of the game.
The NFE All Stars were in control for the balance of the game with a final score of 53-3.

“2010 NFE Man of the Year” – RAY CLAY
National Football Events is proud to announce its “Man of the Year” for 2010; Ray Clay National Director for the LCFL (LaBelle Community Football League). When the LCFL started play in Southern California, Mr. Clay was instrumental in implemental of league policy, and direction. Clay has been involved in some capacity as a Player, Coach, or team owner for the past 30 years.
Inducted into the Minor League Football News Hall of Fame (Class of 2009) as an Administrator, Clay was additionally complimented by being recognized as the Top League Administrator in Minor league Football in the Country for 2009.
Clay will be the guest of honor at the annual Casino Bowl dinner on Friday, March 26 in Las Vegas.

2010 National Bowl Weekend Game Stories
National Bowl Weekend was a huge success. The weekend featured 5 exciting football games. The Bowl games had 4 regional tournament winners and 5 league champions. The teams came from 8 different states and represented 10 various leagues.
RICE BOWL
The 10th annual Rice Bowl was played during National Bowl Weekend. The game featured two very evenly matched teams. The scoring started with the Florida Crusaders scoring on a 22 yd. pass for a TD with 5:05 remaining in the first quarter. The Florida Regulators kicked a field goal in the 2nd quarter and then followed with a 42 yd. interception returned for a TD on the next possession. The scoring ended with the Regulators recovering a fumble in the Crusader end zone for a safety.

PALM BOWL
Palm Bowl IV was the highest scoring and most exciting game of the weekend. The lead changed 6 times during the course of the game. The lead actually changed 4 times in the 4th quarter. Grand Rapids got on the board first with a 29 yd. field goal. So Georgia responded with a 16 yd. TD pass and the halftime score was 6 to 3. Two TD passes by Grand Rapids in the 3rd quarter had them back in the lead. South Georgia then scored on 2 TD passes early in the 4th quarter to regain the lead. Grand Rapids scored again with 5:53 left in the game. South Georgia picked up the final score with 1:56 left in the game.

NORTH AMERICAN BOWL
The 4th Annual North American Bowl had plenty of action with 7 TDs scored in this game. The Lowell Nor’easter got on the board first with a 10 yd. TD pass, completing a 10 play, 58 yd. Drive. The next 4 TDs were scored by the New Jersey Buccaneers resulting in a 25 to 6 half time lead. The Nor’easter scored next in the 2nd half as a result of going 80 yards in 7 plays. Next possession they drove to the Bucs 1 yd line but failed to score.

FLORIDA BOWL
The 5th Annual Florida Bowl featured the Orlando Rage (2008 and 2009 Southern States Football League Champs) versus the Columbus Fire (a perennial power in the Midwest). The only score in the first half came as a result of a 6 play drive with a 5 yd. run by the QB to make the half time score 7 to 0. In an exciting finish, Orlando scored twice in the final 2 minutes to win the game.

ORANGE BLOSSOM BOWL
The 3rd Annual Orange Blossom Bowl was a North versus South game. The Carolina Express are the North South American League Champs and the Watertown Red & Black are the Empire League Champs. Both teams featured an 11-1 record. Two very tough defenses dominated this game. The only score by the Express came on an 11 yd. pass, after an 8 play 44 yd. drive. The Red & Black scored with 5:44 left in the game. The extra point was wide left.

Casino Bowl XIV was played in Las Vegas on Saturday, March 21, 2009 at Valley High School Stadium .
The NFE All Stars defeated the Colorado All Stars by a score of 47 – 0.
The game featured outstanding defensive play by the NFE All-Stars, holding the Colorado All-Stars scoreless,
while scoring twice on interceptions that were returned for touchdowns. They also provided the NFE offense
with great field position, inside the Colorado 25 yardline, on 4 occasions which produced 4 more touchdowns.

2009 “Man of the Year”

Rudy Wyland, executive director and head coach of Team USA and publisher of Minor League Football News has been named as “Man of the Year” 2009 by National Football Events. Mr. Wyland will be honored at Casino Bowl XIV on Friday, March 20, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Tropicana Hotel. The 2009 Casino Bowl game will be played on Saturday, March 21.
Rudy Wyland has organized nineteen Team USA football games internationally with Great Britain, Austria, Italy, France, Germany, Norway, Mexico, the Czech Republic and Canada. As head of MLFN, Mr. Wyland promotes Minor League Football with Top 50 rankings, an active Hall of Fame, All American Awards and is instrumental in selecting a consensus National Champion Team.

CASINO BOWL XIII ANNOUNCES COACHING STAFF
Casino Bowl XIII will have an excellent coaching staff this year. We will have six coaches who have coached in previous Casino Bowl games and three who will be a part of the staff for the first time.
Our Head Coach is NORRIS JACKSON. He has been the head coach of the perennial powerhouse, Detroit Seminoles. Norris is now the Head Coach of the Motor City Soldiers. He will be assisted by two coaches who have been head coaches in prior Casino Bowl games. His Offensive Coordinator will be Greg Moore of the St. Louis Bulldogs. His Defensive Coordinator will be Jordan Kopac, former head coach of the Racine Raiders and now Head Coach of the Wisconsin Wolfpack.
The other veteran Casino Bowl coaches are:
